I was channelling Martha Stewart and so I made a really good New Year'e eve table. I made sotanghon soup, it was going to be misua but I ran out. I made a really yummy prime rib roast where I made really nice brown gravy. I also baked a homemade brazo de mercedes which came out nice for a change. It didn't deflate which was my problem all the time I used to make it, the secret is adding a little bit of cream of tartar. We have a bottle of champagne. We have lots of round fruit too. Anyway, I hope we do have a lucky and happy new year!!!!! Dear Lord!!
