NBC

Well, there is an ABC and there's a CBS so why not an NBC restaurant? Today, we drove all the way to Monterey Park to try the dimsum at this new restaurant named after the peacock station. It's brand new since they still have the tall fortune plants at the front of the retaurant to celebrate openings. The food is pretty good and diferrent from our usual CBS. The cha siu bao was really delicate and yummy. The dimsums all came in at 4 pieces each which is better luck than the usual 3. We tried, the steamed noodle, the har gau, the beef balls, the tripe, the boche, the custard and others. They were all fresh and made with a little bit more care. The place is not far, it's S. Atlantic passed Garvey. Go try it!
