This is a tiny store front restaurant in Little Tokyo that serves the yummiest ramen this side of the pacific. The broth which is the most crucial part is delish, they also use a lot of green onions, sprouts and pickled bamboo shoots, plus a hard boiled egg marinated in a broth for a week. The soup is the bomb! While other restaurants are empty, Daiko Kuya has a 1 hour wait. it's best when it's cold and windy like today.
