Why Bisaklat?

I ask that question myself because I basically just stumbled upon this rather odd word. I googled it after I picked this word as my title for this blog and it turned out that it is a mahjong word. I have heard of this word before but I wasnt really sure what it means. I asked my roommate who is a mahjong player and he told me that it means somebody won without doing a single chow or pong. Somebody yelled todas with all his tiles up and not a single one is down where anybody can see what it is. Bisaklat is that rare occurrence because almost all of the time somebody would have done at least a single chow or a pong. I picked bisaklat because of the Bi connotation and the word aklat which means book. A combination of a "paminta" or bi with the word aklat. the book of life of a bi pinoy. Go figure.
