The Ham's Done!











We have a 10 lb ham for the holiday table. I made a Honey/Bourbon Whiskey glaze for it. It turned up real yummy. Combine 1 cup of real honey, 1/2 cup dark mollasses, 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 tbsp. grey poupon mustard, and 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey. Bake at 350F for 2 hours. Yummy! I'm making sweet potato mash and green beans in olive oil and salt for the sides. Merry Christmas everybody!!!!!
